William Elliott Whitmore announces Anti- debut, dates with City and Colour

William Elliott Whitmore has announced some tour dates in January to precede the release of his forthcoming Anti- Records debut. The record is titled Animals in the Dark and is due out February 17, 2009. He will be joining the recently announced tour with City and Colour.
