Black Lips announce 2008 release

According to this Pitchfork report, "flower-punk" act Black Lips will be releasing their new album in 2009. The record is titled 200 Million Thousand and is due out February 24, 2009. It is the follow-up to Good Bad Not Evil which was released in 2007.
