None More Black

None More Black recently released a new six song EP on Sabot Productions titled Loud About Loathing. To celebrate the band is holding a draw for copies of the Loud About Loathing CD and vinyl, a poster, and a set of greeting cards by artist Paul Romano (he created the artwork for the band's full length File Under Black).

WSOU Holiday Festival returns this December

WSOU's Holiday Festival in is returning this year at the Rexplex in Elizabeth, NJ. The show takes place on December 17, 2004 and will feature a lineup of bands including… err… well the thing is, it's not being announced until the 15th. I've seen the tentative list and it's going to make some of you very happy.

The lineup and all other details will be announced at 4 PM on Friday, October 15 on the Tubby and Uncle Zolton show along with your chance to be the first to win tickets. Until then the station is running two contests, one of which is exclusive to you, the humble `Org reader.

  • WSOU is looking for a good name for their holiday festival. The person who comes up with it will receive VIP treatment at the show and get to meet with the performers. Email your ideas to WSOUHoliday@Hotmail.com
  • Exclusive to you guys: The first person to guess 5 out of the 10 bands at the event gets a free pair of tickets. To enter email your list of no more than 10 bands to WSOUHoliday@Hotmail.com with "Punknews.org contest" in the subject line. Enter only once.
