Hey world! Wanna go see Less Than Jake for free?

So Less Than Jake are going to be traversing the US and Canada this April, as well as Europe this May. What's that, you say? You'd like to see them for free? No problem! Thanks to Fueled By Ramen, you can have the chance. Here's what you do:

1. Click READ MORE to see the list of all eligible tourdates for the US and Europe.
2. Find the one you want to go to.
3. Send an email to CONTEST CLOSED, and in the subject, put "LTJ Contest - [cityname]".

One person will be chosen at random for each date, and they [along with a guest] will get to attend the show they chose free of charge. This contest ends this Thursday at midnight [that's tomorrow, kids], so hurry up and enter! We'll announce the winners on Friday.

Bad Religion Contests

Win a complete set of Bad Religion re-issues!

So you might have heard that Epitaph is re-issuing a whole bunch of albums by a little band called Bad Religion. Yeah, I've never heard of them either, but I guess they're "seminal" or some crap like that. Anyway, buying 5 CDs [plus a DVD] all at once might get a little pricey for some of you, so we figured we'd try to ease your burden slightly. Here's what one lucky person will win:

To enter, send an email to CONTEST CLOSED with your name and mailing address. One entry per person, please. The contest will run until April 7th, at which point I will draw one winner at random.

Of course, if you have a deep hatred for all things contest-related, you could just buy all of these re-issues, which will be infiltrating your local record store on April 6th.

Sony Music Contests

The Phantom Planet contest is over!

And the winners are:

GRAND PRIZE - Sheena Bellavance

RUNNER UPS - Ben Wong and Julie Bucknell

Thanks to Phantom Planet and Original Penguin Clothing for the prizes.

Sony Music Contests

The Strokes

Or: "How to enrage every elitist, reactionary anti-elitist and punker-than-thou in one easy step"

We've got a whole pile of swag from equally beloved and embattled New York City buzz band The Strokes, who are currently out supporting their new release Room On Fire and the single Reptilia (although the fantastic "Under Control" really deserves that honour, but I digress). You can check out a new e-card for said album here and stream the band's "Reptilia" video here. The goods have been separated into two prize packs as detailed below:

Grand prize
1 Room On Fire full length vinyl, 1 Reptilia vinyl and CD single, an Is This It poster, a poster from their current tour, a Room On Fire tour poster and various stickers and pins

Runner up prize Reptilia CD single, a poster from their current tour, a Room on Fire tour poster and various stickers and pins.

All you have to do to enter is email your entry to CONTEST CLOSED with your name and mailing address. Please include "OPT OUT" in the subject line if you want to opt out of the band's mailing list.

EMI Group Contests

Yellowcard / Something Corporate / Steriogram

Yellowcard, Something Corporate and Steriogram are on the road this spring and the folks at Capitol Records are celebrating with a contest that they wanted to let you, the humble `Org reader, in on:

One grand prize winner will receive a $500 Gift Certificate to Beckersurf.com as well as autographed copies of Yellowcard's Ocean Avenue and Something Corporate's North.

Two second prize winners will pick up either an XBox autographed by Something Corporate or a Skateboard autographed by Yellowcard.

Five runners up will receive a prize pack that includes a Yellowcard hat, a Steriogram t-shirt, a Something Corporate t-shirt, a signed Yellowcard poster and more.

The contest ends on May 15th and you can enter here. * Note that this is being run outside of Punknews.org and the rules / privacy policies which apply can be found on the contest's webpage.

Remember we've got a Phantom Planet contest currently running here. Check back next week for (at least) two more chances to win a big pile of swag.
