Tabarnak releases new album

Tabarnak, an Israeli punk band, has just released their 2nd album which loosely translates to Singing Tavern. The group, which features Ishay and Corey of Useless ID, as well as Matan of the Israeli punk band Betzefer, started as a Useless ID sideproject way back in 2005. The band, called Bo Labar at the time, started writing short, fun songs entirely in Hebrew and would post versions of the tunes online. In 2013, Bo Labar stopped playing and Ishay got sober. But as time passed, the band got back together and took on the name Tabarnak, but they stopped writing songs about partying.
Their newest release has 18 songs (all in Hebrew) in just over 30 minutes, "some smart, some dumb. Kind of like me," states Ishay.

Massachusetts punks Four Year Strong have announced they will be releasing a new album, "Brain Pain" out on February 28, 2020 through Pure Noise Records. They released two tracks from the upcoming album with the announcement, the title track "Brain Pain" and "Talking Myself in Circles", see below.

Discharge

Discharge documentary released

Lost Data Productions UK have released a new documentary on the influential, long-running UK punk act Discharge. Aptly titled Discharge - Legends of Punk Vol 1, the DVD/Blu Ray combo features interviews, live performances, and more.

The on again-off again Discharge, formed in 1977 but disbanded and reformed twice, have released seven studio LPs, include 2016's End of Days; along with countless singles, EPs, and demos.

As indicated by the title, Lost Data hopes to continue this series, featuring other legends of the the British punk scene. You can check out the trailer for the documentary below.

Emo band The Wonder Years announced they will be releasing the second installment of Burst & Decay, an acoustic and stripped down versions of their already released songs. Burst & Decay Volume II will be out on February 14th, 2020 through Hopeless Records. The band released "We Look Like Lightning", featuring Alex Maniak of Shortly.

They will be out on tour in the new year with Free Throw, Spanish Love Songs, and Pool Kids to support the release.
