Gob announce first-ever European tour

Gob have announced that they will be heading across the pond for their first-ever European tour. The tour begins on July 25 in Wemelskirchen, Germany and wraps up on August 10 in Igea Marina, Italy. Gob will also be playing Peterborough Music Fest in Peterborough, Ontario on July 19. The band released their album Apt 13 in 2014 and they have a chapter in Matt Bobkin and Adam Feibel's book In Too Deep: When Canadian Punks Took Over the World which was released earlier this year. AC/DC and Amyl and the Sniffers to tour Australia

AC/DC have announced Australian tour dates for this fall. These are their first Australian shows since 2015. Their lineup for this tour is Angus Young, Brian Johnson, Stevie Young, Matt Laug, and Chris Chaney. Amyl and the Sniffers will be joining them on all dates. The trek kicks off on November 12 in Melbourne and wraps up on December 14 in Brisbane. Tickets go on sale on June 26. AC/DC released their album Power Up in 2020. Check out the dates below.

NOPE : “EXTRA!! EXTRA!!”

We are so pleased to bring to you a Punknews Exclusive premiere for Milanese punks NOPE. NOPE is a hardcore punk band that merges the sounds of orgcore with traces of emo influences into the fabric of their songs.
Today, we have the band's third single "EXTRA!! EXTRA!!" off of their debut full-length album, Done Grieving, out on July 4th through Rad Girlfriend Records (US), I Buy Records (EU) and Engineer Records (UK).

The band will be playing a few dates this summer with The Dopamines in Switzerland and Germany, see below to see the full list of tour dates and a blurb from the band about the third single.

Chuck Ragan of Hot Water Music is headed to Germany and the CZ in December. He has about a week worth of shows for the Gluhwein tour (that's German for "Mulled Wine.") You can see the dates below.

Philly Record Freakout and Neshaminy Creek Brewing co to throw the 'Grooves & Brews' vinyl market

As you may know, the Philly Record Freak Out is the vinyl fair organized by Punknews Editors, which happens four times a year at Philamoca in Philly. Well, the event is expanding!

The Philly Record Freak Out is joining up with Neshaminy Creek Brewing to throw the Grooves & Brews vinyl market! The event will feature dozens and dozens of record sellers (and tapes and CDs) and wwe will have something like 50,000+ records for sale total! We will have rock, punk, metal, soul, funk, jazz, reggae and everything else! There will be cheap records, rare records, test presses, and everything in between!

The event is July 20 at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co: 909 Ray Ave, Croydon, PA 19021. It runs Noon-5pm and is all ages! The facebook event is right here and we hope to see you there!
