Amuse: “The Truth is Out There”

Punknews is excited to premiere a new song from Indy pop-punks Amuse. "The Truth is Out There" continues the X-Files theme established on the single "I Want to Believe" from their previous EP Life Sucks. The track comes off of the band's forthcoming LP, Shortcuts, which was recorded in the Live! from The Rock Room studios, and is due out July 20th on Dodgeball Records. Amuse, once again, combines their poppy aesthetic with some hard-driving parts to create a song that is light and catchy at times, and outright aggressive at others.

The band will be busy with gigs throughout the summer, and is working on booking a tour as well. You can check out the exclusive track, as well as their gig dates so far, below.
