Nerdlinger: “Underrated”

Punknews is excited to premiere a new track from Australian punks Nerdlinger. The song, "Underrated," comes off of the band's new album Happy Place, which is being released on PEE RECORDS in their home country, with Disconnect Disconnect Records (UK) and Thousand Islands Records (Canada/North America) releasing the album on vinyl in their respective regions.

Happy Place is Nerdlinger's third release, and their newest since the 2015 Trendsetter EP.

Punknews is proud to premiere Tommy & The Rockets new album in full prior to its official release! The album, I Wanne be Covered, is due out May 18th, and is comprised completely of covers of some of the Ramones best tracks, albeit deconstructed the opposite way on the pop-punk spectrum into a more Beach Boys-esque/surf rock sound rather than the usual punk motif.

T&TR is primarily comprised of Danish multi-instrumentalist Thomas Stubgaard who, at times, is complimented by guest musicians for recording.

Punknews is excited to premiere the new album by Austrian nerd-punks Dorkatron. The Extra Mile EP isn't due out until next Thursday, May 17th on Monster Zero Records, but you can stream the whole thing now!

Mixing up Ramones-core, and taking the "geek" out of Nerfherder and replacing it with "dork," this pop-punk quartet sings the songs that any kid who kept their Doctor Who or Power Rangers trapper keeper well into high school can relate to.

This is the Trashed Ambulance's third release on Thousand Islands Records, following the Dime for Every Time and Instant EPs, and is their first LP since their 2016 self-released debut Blurry Thoughts.

Montreal's Bussieres have released a new song from their upcoming EP. "Sunny Side UP" is the title track to their new EP, which is due out May 15th via Thousand Islands Records. The album is a follow-up to their debut EP Orange Glow, which was self-released in 2016.
