Sarah and the Safe Word have announced that they will be going on tour with Shayfer James this spring. They will be touring the US and Canada. Shayfer James released a split EP with Kate Douglas called The Ninth Hour and his EP Americanahronism in 2021. Sarah and the Safe Word re-released their album Strange Doings in the Night in 2022 (and we spoke to Sarah Rose about it in December) and released their album Good Gracious! Bad People in 2020. The Black Dahlia Murder have announced their first tour since the passing of founding member and lead vocalist Trevor Strnad. Terror, Frozen Soul, Fuming Mouth, and Phobophilic will be playing support. The Black Dahlia Murder will be playing with the same lineup that they played with for the Trevor Strnad memorial show last year which saw guitarist Brain Eschbach taking over lead vocals and Ryan Knight rejoining the band as their guitarist. The HIRS Collective have released a video for their new song “Trust The Process” that features Frank Iero of My Chemical Romance and Rosie Richeson of Night Witch. High Vis have announced North American tour dates for this April. This will be their first tour in the US and Canada and tickets will go on sale on January 20. They have also released a video that was directed by Jonah West, for their song “Trauma Bonds”. The song is off their album Blending which was released in 2022.
