80s-inspired synth-pop act Bandaid Brigade (feat. Zach Quinn of PEARS and Brian Wahlstrom of Scorpios) has released a new song/video. Filmed at Black and Bluhm Studios in Denver, CO, "Break the Grid" starts out with an interview/doc format with Quinn and Wahlstrom before jumping into their performance at said studio. While not explicitly stated, it can be assumed that the track will be on their upcoming debut release I'm Separate, date TBA.

Brendan Kelly and the Wandering Birds premiered a fun music video for their cover of the Lillington's "All I Hear Is Static". The 80's electro-pop style track features Kelly and his two best-feathered friends. Kelly enlisted the help by Derek Grant of Alkaline Trio to create this video. The track is off of the Red Scare Industries: 15 Years of Tears and Beers compilation. See below to check out the video.

Ska punks Devon Kay and the Solutions released a music video over at Flood Magazine. The track is called "Anything At All” and you can watch the video below. The band is set to release an album sometime in 2020.

The band will be out on tour with Dollar Signs and The Eradicator later this month as they make their way to play at Gainesville The Fest, see below for dates.

Lightning Bolt: “Blow to the Head”

Lightning Bolt has released a new music video for their song "Blow to the Head." The track comes off of their just-released albumSonic Citadel, which came out October 11th on Thrill Jockey Records (check out PN's review of that album here).

Lightning Bolt is going to be heading out for a UK-EU tour in November, after which they will be playing a short series of dates on the east coast USA in December. You can check out all of those dates, as well as the new video, below.

Laughing In The Face Of: “Running with Coffee”

Birmingham, UK skatepunks Laughing In The Face Of have released a new single from their upcoming album. "Running with Coffee" is off of the bands forthcoming album Here Lies Ordinary, which will be released in the near future by Lockjaw Records. This is the band's first new music since 2013's The Governor 7".

X release new video, announce single and West Coast tour

Punk legends X have announced they will be releasing a new single next month. Featured will be new versions of two X songs: "Delta 88 Nightmare," which was previously available as a rough demo, and “Cyrano de Berger’s Back," which appeared on '87s See How We Are. That single is due out November 29th at Fat Possum Records. The band has also released a video for the former, and will also embark on a West Coast tour in November, which includes multi-night engagements at many stops.

Although having released a few compilations and live albums in the interim, X's most recent studio album is 1993's Hey Zeus!.

Imperial Leisure and High School Football Heroes release split single, music videos

London's Imperial Leisure and New York's High School Football Heroes have released a split-single. Available digitally as well as a limited-edition vinyl (in partnership with Paper + Plastic), the release is the premier entry in a series by Exigent Productions, a niche label which plans to solely release split albums between bands and musicians from different countries.

In addition, both bands have released a music video for their respective tracks, which you can check out below.

Milwaukee Record has premiered a new video by Mini Meltdowns (feat. members of Limbeck, The Promise Ring, and more). "I Wanna Die" was released as a single in August, and is also included on the band's recent EP Destined for Disaster, which was released earlier this month.
