Watch The Bar Stool Preachers' New Music Video!

Punknews is very excited to premiere The Bar Stool Preachers' music video for their new song “8.6 Days (All The Broken Hearts).” It is the first single off their upcoming full-length Grazie Governo, which will be released in August via Pirates Press Records.

After this video, the band will release what we were told is a trilogy of music videos that the band has filmed. Pirates Press Records will also be releasing three corresponding picture flexis that will be distributed for free (starting May 18th) through record stores and mailorders all over the world and directly from the band. Each one will also include a B-side track.

Answering Machine: “Wallow”

Brooklyn, NY punk band Answering Machine released a new video for their track "Wallow" over at Bad Copy. The video was directed and edited by Richie Carvill, color by Jared Martin of Jarchie Productions. The track is featured off of the band's debut EP release. The band has been described as Teenage Bottlerocket meets Jenny Lewis. The band will be playing a few local shows this summer, see below to view the video and show dates.

Bristol, UK alt punk outfit The Plainviews have dropped their new single "Bladerunner" ahead of their debut EP A Million Different Ways of Saying Nothing at All, scheduled for release on May 11th via DIY label Invisible Llama. Live! from The Rock Room has posted the second video from their session with veteran indie act The Posies. The band performs an acoustic rendition of "Please Return It," which first appeared on their 1996 album Amazing Disgrace.

The Posies are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year with a massive multi-national tour, starting with a boatload of dates across the USA in the middle of this month, and then a quick break before doing an equally lengthy leg over in Europe. Trashed Ambulance release first single/video from upcoming album

Alberta, Canada-based trio Trashed Ambulance have released a video for the first single from their new album. The song, "Accountable," comes off their sophomore album Flashes of Competence, which is due out May 4th on Thousand Islands Records. The new album is a follow-up to the A Dime for Every Time EP, which was released last year.

Trashed Ambulance will be hitting the road to support the new album next month, culminating in an appearance at Pouzza Fest 8.
