Live! from The Rock Room has released the first track from the session with New Jersey's The Moms. The song, "Paper," comes off of the band's newest album, Doing Asbestos We Can, which was released last month on Bar None Records.
New York City hardcore band Quicksand released a video for the title track off of their new album Interiors, see below. Interiors is due out November 10, 2017 on Epitaph Records. Quicksand will be heading to play a few shows this March in Australia with Thursday. Quicksand released Manic Compression in 1995.
The second video from Pennsylvania-based Punchline's visit to Live! from The Rock Room is now online for viewing. The track, "The Reinventor," comes off of the band's 2010 album Delightfully Pleased.
Tragical History Tour, the stage name for Make That A Take Records' Derrick Johnston's acoustic act, has released a music video for "Old Words." The song is the title track from his recent EP, released this past October 13th.
THT will also be playing Book yer Ane Fest XI in Scotland (put on by Johnston and MTAT) this coming December 1st-3rd as a full act. Stage times for all acts are still TBA.
New Orleans trio HiGH have released a new video from their upcoming album. The track, "Scotfree" comes off of the band's upcoming album Evil Gene, due out November 17th via Wiretap Records. HiGH's previous release, the Bummer Burner full-length, was released in 2015.
Hot Water Music's full performance at FEST 16 has been posted to YouTube. According to the band's Instagram post from October 27th, vocalist and guitarist Chris Wollard was unable to play the event "due to health issues beyond [their] control." So the band had Chris Cresswell of The Flatliners fill in. Hot Water Music released Light It Up in 2017 via Rise Records. You can watch the video below.
