The Swellers: "My Everest" is the ULTIMATE burrito

The Swellers: “My Everest” is the ULTIMATE burrito

The Swellers recently released their debut LP, My Everest. To celebrate, they want to give you some free stuff. But there's a catch. You see, the boys have a little vice. For some bands, it's designer drugs, while others like to booze it up. For the Swellers…burritos. The bigger and sloppier, the better.

Here's the deal. The band will give three lucky winners a copy of My Everest, a Swellers t-shirt and sticker pack, and a t-shirt from Offset Clothing. How do you win one of these prize packages? Well, we'll help the band pick a winner for each of three categories relating to, you guessed it, burritos.

  • One winner for Tastiest burrito concept
  • One winner for Best burrito name
  • One winner for Most original burrito idea

Win a guitar from Chasing Victory

Win a guitar from Chasing Victory

Need a new Peavey guitar? Well, it looks like the fellows in Chasing Victory happen to have an extra one and they want to give it to one of you. While they're probably pretty generous dudes, this particular bit of generosity comes as the band celebrates the release of their new record, Fiends. The album finds the band moving away from hardcore and metalcore and incorporating more melodic elements that have been compared to bands like the Foo Fighters.

You can check out some music on their myspace page and you can visit this form to get your name in the running for the guitar.

Set Your Goals

We've teamed up to send three lucky winners and a friend to see the show, plus the winners will also have an exclusive meet and greet with the band.

Ska legends the Pietasters are rolling into town tonight for what should be a skankin' good time. Maybe you and a friend would like to go for free?

Our friends over at 151 Productions are giving away free admission to two lucky Punknews readers and a friend. How do you win? Well, it's a race against time, my friends; like 24, except no terrorists and Jack Bauer's voice sounds cooler than yours. The first two people to email their entry win.
