Echoes of Harper's Ferry, The Singularity, Hex Machine

Cleveland, OH act Echoes of Harper's Ferry have posted a song from their upcoming split 7" with Sleeper Horse. The song is called "Chile 9/11/73 and it can be streamed at their MySpace page. Both bands are contributing 2 songs to the 7" and it will come with a card allowing the owner to download the music from the internet, there is a chance it will have some non vinyl bonus songs as well. The 7" will be released by Ownlife Records late 2007 or early 2008.

The Singularity has posted a new track, "Bled To Death", from their upcoming full length which slated to be done and out in 2008. They have also posted some "homestyle" music videos for two of their new tracks. You can check it all out at their MySpace page.

Hex Machine is releasing Run To Earth, a 12" EP on Molsook Records and has posted songs on their MySpace page. The band hails from RVA and is described as being similar to "the Jesus Lizard, Hammerhead, The Melvins, VAZ, and some Shellac" and features members of bands like Sliang Laos, Human Thurma, Tulsa Drone, Farquhar, and ((HRM)).

Fillmore East, Sakes Alive!!, It's Elephant's

Stuart, Florida's Fillmore East, which features members of Losing iT, My Fair Verona, VisMajor, Primary Weapon, Broadway, and Slow Motion Skyrocket, are getting ready to hit the studio and record a new full length. The band is working with producer Lee Dyess of Earthsound Recording (From First To Last, Mayday Parade, Go Radio,We Are Action) and plan to have the material available by December 28th. Rochester, NY's Sakes Alive!! recently played their first show. The band has three songs online from their recent release Presents. One of our readers compares them to Glass and Ashes, so if that's your bag hit up MySpace It's Elephant's features a former member of Atlanta's The Letters Organize has released three songs from an upcoming EP titled Mine. Dirty Tactics, Tiefighter, A Great Big Pile of Leaves

Philadelphia's Dirty Tactics have posted two new songs of what looks to be their forthcoming EP, Gangsta Stamina. They have also announced their end of the year plans with a tour that will take them from the west coast back to their hometown. You can hear the tracks and see their tourdates at their MySpace page

Southern California's Tiefighter has posted 3 tracks off of their upcoming debut record, I Could Tell The World…. The record will see a release in February 2008 through Forward Looking Records. Tiefighter will be following up the release with a European tour in April and a full U.S. tour throughout the Summer. A Great Big Pile Of Leaves have posted their debut album for download. The Fiery Works was self–recorded and then mastered by Alan Douches (Saves The Day, Sufjan Stevens, Brand New). You can grab the album at the band's website.

Big Town Small Town, Belt of Vapor, Safari So Good

Kingston, New York's Big Town Small Town has finished recording a demo at Leaning Tree Recording Studio. You can check out a few of the songs over at MySpace. The four piece features Sean–Paul Pillsworth, formerly of Anadivine.

Spokane, Washington's Belt of Vapor have finished mixing and mastering for their debut Blackhouse full length The Complex Mating Game of Giants. You can preview some songs over at MySpace. The record was produced by Bill Neiman and features artwork by photographers Chad Ramsey and Pat Kennedy, with graphic layout by Joe Preston. The album's expected in early 2008.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's Safari So Good, which features former members of Breaking Pangaea and the Commercials, has released a new song online titled "The Right to Bear Arms." The song appears on their upcoming album to be released this coming Spring.

Protagonist have posted two new songs from their upcoming full length the Chronicle. This full length will be the follow up to 2006's Reasoning With Time on Stake Out Records. You can check out the songs on the band's MySpace page.

The Story Changes, 4ft Fingers, Crude Drugs

Dayton, OH's the Story Changes has put up a new track on their MySpace page titled "Caught up in Chemicals". The song is from their new full length album the Way of the Dinosaur on Future Destination Records. They're also changing bassists and backing vocalists. UK punk act 4ft Fingers has posted a new song on their Myspace page. The song "Where Have All The Legends Gone?" will be on their upcoming full–length New Beginnings Of Old Stories which is looking at an April 2008 release. The record will be self–released by the band.

Bitter Press is offering the official digital release of Crude Drugs' The Orange Soda Tape, previously only available on cassette tape in the Netherlands. For those that "want to party like it's 1982 with some straight up proper hardcore" this is a good place to start. Grab it here

New Hampshire's L'antietam will be going on hiatus for 6 months while their drummer goes to live in Arizona.

L.A. Kings, who hail from Chicago not Los Angeles, have posted some new tracks. You can check them out at their MySpace page. The band features former members of Arma Angelus and Racetraitor and are working on tour plans with 2*Sweet and Chris DeadXStop.

Portland, Oregon's Hit & Run have posted five out of the six songs of their latest EP online for free. The songs are available on their MySpace page or on their website.

Anxious Arms, Alex and the Imaginary Friends, Antlers

Long Island's Anxious Arms have posted three new tracks. You can hear the tracks at their MySpace page. The band is playing scattered shows on the East Coast before heading out with Disarming Arctica in January.

Alex And The Imaginary Friends has posted 3 new songs from their upcoming split with Watertowers. You can hear the songs on his MySpace page. The split will include 5 songs from Alex and 6 songs from Watertowers and is due out November 20th on Raise Your Fist Records.

Antlers, who split time between Richmond and DC, will be releasing their debut LP at the beginning of December. The instrumental band features current and former members of Mass Movement of the Moth, Gregor Samsa, Resonance, and Planar. The album features eight tracks, three of which feature vocals by guest musicians including Erin Toby. You can hear previews of the tracks here, at Rorschach Records.

Cheap Girls, Call It Fire, Red Tape Parade

Lansing, MI's Cheap Girls have recently posted a new song, "Kind Of On Purpose", in addition to their 3–song demo (recorded by Rick Johnson of Mustard Plug) on their MySpace page. Cheap Girls consists of ex–Van Ermans and Shoelace members and will begin touring in January.

Call It Fire have posted two songs from their forthcoming full length on their MySpace page. So far the album has no title, no release date and no associated label.

Red Tape Parade, which features members of Static 84, La Par Force, John Deere and more, has released their 8 song demo at their webpage. You can grab it here.
