Dazey release video for “We haven't spoke in years”

PEI-based emo band Dazey have released a video for their song “We haven’t spoke in years”. The concept for the video, art direction, and editing was done by bassist and vocalist Hannah Bridger. It was filmed by Brandon Bond and drummer Riley Peters. The song is off Dazey’s debut EP This is all I am I guess, which was released last month. Check out the video below.

Creeper to release new album, share “Blood Magick (It's A Ritual)” video

Creeper have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Sanguivore II: Mistress of Death and will be out on October 31 via Spinefarm Records. It is a follow-up to their 2023 album Sanguivore. The band has also released a video for their new song “Blood Magick (It’s A Ritual)”which was directed by Harry Steel. Billy Idol to tour South America and Mexico

Billy Idol has announced tour dates for South America and Mexico. The trek begins on November 8 in Sao Paulo, Brazil and wraps up on November 30 in Mexico. Billy Idol released his album Dream Into It earlier this year. Check out the dates below.

Ho99o9 announce new album, share video for “Incline” (ft. Nova Twins, Pink Siifu, and Yung Skrrt)

Ho99o9 have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Tomorrow We Escape and it will be out on September 9. The duo has also released a video for their new song “Incline” which features Nova Twins, Pink Siifu, and Yung Skrrt. The video was directed and edited by Tyler Bradbury. Ho99o9 released a handful of songs in 2024 including their cover of “New Noise” by Refused (which appeared on The Shape Of Punk To Come Obliterated) and released their album Ho99o9 presents Territory: Turf Talk, Vol. II. Weakened Friends: “NPC” (ft. Buckethead)

Weakened Friends have released a video for their new song “NPC” which features a guitar solo from Buckethead. The video was created by SunBronx and Olise Forel. The song is off their upcoming album Feels Like Hell which will be out on October 10 via Don Giovanni Records. The Dirty Nil / War On Women announce Midwest US shows

The Dirty Nil and War On Women have announced a handful of US shows together for this fall. The shows will kick off on November 13 in Detroit, Michigan and will wrap up on November 16 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Dirty Nil will be touring Canada in September and will be touring Europe with Spanish Love Songs in October. They released their new album The Lash last month. War On Women released their album Wonderful Hell in 2020. Check out the dates below.

Today, we are extremely excited to bring you the premiere of the new album by Ottawa-based Thee Male Nurse! The album is called Life Is More Than Anyone Can Say It’s Beautiful and will be out on August 8 via Dirt Cult Records. The album was recorded over the course of 6 months by Sean Cooke, who has played in Slow Dawn and the Heavy Medicine Band.

The album features six new tracks that explore mental health, parenthood, social media, embracing the cringe, masculinity, and so much more over instrumentation that effortlessly blend together elements from folk, punk, and powerpop.

Thee Male Nurse is the solo project of Davey Quesnelle, who has played in tons of rad bands including Peach Kelli Pop, The Million Dollar Marxists, and Matty Grace and The Rumination Year and we caught up with Davey to hear the stories behind each of the tracks.
