The Great Deceiver

The Great Deceiver: “Life is Wasted on the Living”

Tyler Read: 'Only Rock and Roll Can Save Us Now'

Tyler Read's got something a little different for you today. One glance at the title of their album released earlier this year –– Only Rock and Roll Can Save Us Now –– and you'll see what these self–proclaimers are promising. Man, that Proclaimers song was a jam and a half.

Anyway, you can find the whole thing streaming at the band's Punknews.org profile page.

Streams
Disnihil

Disnihil: 'Disnihil'

We don't really get to feature much in the way of the Discharge/Tragedy variety of hardcore, so it's nice that we get to bring you something from Brooklyn's dapper young lads, Disnihil.

We have their whole self–titled full–length (6666! omgz! Satan! apocalypse!) streaming at their Punknews.org profile page.

Update: We had some problems with the stream but they're fixed now. Sorry about that, and give it a try now.

Vancouver's Riff Randells will finally return this month with their new full length Doublecross. The 11 song CD arrives via Dirtnap Records with vinyl to follow on Germany's Alien Snatch Records. We're proud to bring you five tracks from the album streaming via the band's Punknews.org profile.

I remember seeing the Randells rock out a basement bar in St. Catharines years ago alongside Chixdiggit!, and that pairing returns to the road together this October. The western Canadian acts will hit Europe this October.
