Loser Points streaming “Ones and Zeros”

Canada's Loser Points are now streaming their new EP, Ones and Zeros, in its entirety over at their Bandcamp page. This is the band's fourth release in twelve months, and is a follow-up to the Does Loser Points Come Here Often LP, which was released in October 2016.

Hidden Home Records releases first label comp

Boise-based Hidden Home Records have released their first label compilation, Do You Remember Punk Rock Comps? Vol. 1, via their Bandcamp page.

The comp features nine bands, including Wicked Bears and Sheep Among Wolves, with each act providing two songs.

Seattle Washington's Dead Bars is streaming a new single over at New Noise Magazine. The track is called "Earplug Girl" and it a "love song about sharing earplugs in the mosh pit." Dead Bars will be releasing their first LP new called Dream Gig digitally on March 10th and later this spring on vinyl through No Idea Records. The LP was produced by Eric Randall of TacocaT. Clément Gary (Water Mane) releases debut solo EP

Clément Gary, of Water Mane, has recently released an album of acoustic folk-punk songs. The four-song EP, From Border to Border dropped January 22 via Pencil Records. A limited-edition cassette version will made be available on February 19. You can check out the track "The House We Used To Live In" from the album below.

Punknews is proud to premiere the song "Burning The Candle" from Sacramento-based ska-punk act At Both Ends' forthcoming album. Coming off of Wheel's Out The Window, due out this Friday, Jan 29th*, the track gives a good example of the band's middle ground of ska and (skate) punk, styles which they swing back and forth between across the entirety of the album
