Wolves and Thieves, The Gunshy, 9:18

East Bay, California's Wolves and Thieves have posted songs from their new demo online. The band was formed shortly after the demise of Dispute, a band who toured with AFI and the Explosion last year.

Chicago's The Gunshy have announced tour dates in support of their new release There's No Love In This War. Check their MySpace page for details. Members of Mustangs And Madras, in addition to playing their own full set on the tour, will also playing as a backing band for the Gunshy for "louder, full band arrangements."

Cranford, New Jersey's 9:18 will host an EP release show on February 23rd at the Westfield, New Jersey YMCA, Brauer Branch. That night they'll have their new EP Deep Dish available. It was put out jointly by the band and Stufend Records. Check their MySpace page for some samples.

Football Weather, Thieves and Villains, Southpaw

Tom Schleiter, guitarist of Powerspace, has finished producing Chicago's Football Weather's EP. You can check out a few tracks from the album on MySpace.

Thieves and Villains has posted new songs online produced by Ryan Kienle (Matchbook Romance). You can check out the tracks here.

Strong Island's Southpaw has announced that their newest release is complete and mastered and will be released April 5, 2008 at the Superbowl of Hardcore.

No Revolution, Lockstep, Agent

Raleigh, North Carolina's No Revolution, featuring members of Cheap Sex, Lower Class Brats and Destroyed Tradition, have posted a demo online at MySpace. The band is looking for some feedback and has plans to hit the road in the near future.

Long Island punk act Agent has posted a new song online titled "I Am No One." The song will be part of a future 7" that the band has in the works.

Indianapolis band Lockstep has posted a clip video for their new song "Circle City." The track featured will appear on the band's new album, out next month. Lockstep will playa few Californian shows soon including a Hellcat Records night at the Knitting Factory. Check their MySpace page for details.

Wardogs, Vincent Valentine!, Teenage Rehab

Wardogs have surfaced in San Francisco. The band features members of Lucky Stiffs, San Diego's Misled Citizens and Run Barbara Run and "some guy that played in the Queers for 2 months." Four tracks are available at their MySpace page and will be making their debut appearance at Thee Parkside alongside Nothington and Dead To Me on February 1st.

Ocala/Gainesville, FL natives Vincent Valentine! have posted the first of the demos for their new record Light Your Guts On Fire. The album is expected in the first quarter of '08 on a label yet to be announced. They will be posting more tracks throughout the week and you can hear it at their MySpace page. Teenage Rehab are heading out on tour in support of their new EP Goodbye Sanity. A full list of dates can be found at their MySpace page. Title Fight, X-AM, Brainworms and Dynamite Arrows

Title Fight released the first song from their upcoming 7" Kingston. The song is called "Loud and Clear" and can be found at their MySpace page. The record is due out in February.

X–AM has released their debut album for free. Is In Love was recorded by Jake Brown (En Masse, ISYA, Moments in Grace, Decahedron, Twothirtyeight) and can be downloaded here, at their MySpace page.

Richmond's Brainworms and Brooklyn's Dynamite Arrows have teamed up for a split release. Brainworms are bringing two new tracks, recorded at Minimum Wage the same time as last year's split with the Catalyst. Dynamite Arrows also bring two tracks to the table. Hot Atomics, Radio War, Captain We're Sinking

St. Louis, MO–based Hot Atomics will be entering Firebrand Studios from January 25–27 to record a 7" EP to be released this Spring on a yet–to–be named label. The band's first album, Gringo's Wasteland, has sold–out of it's first printing and will be reprinted next month with new artwork from Keith Rosson. Pre–orders for the new Radio War 7" EP, The Rising of the Talentless, are available now via Copper Lung Records. All advance orders will include free mp3's of all four songs.

Scranton PA's Captain, We're Sinking has posted three new songs online. The tracks come from the group's new album, The Animals Are Out, which can be purchased on the band's MySpace page.

Ends Like This, the Short Fused, the Widow Jenkins

Sweden's Ends Like This have released their first EP titled Alarm Alarm. You can stream a number of songs via the band's MySpace page.

Moncton, New Brunswick's self–described "juvenile punks" the Short Fused have posted two songs online from their upcoming full length. The 14 song release is currently untitled but is planned to arrive this year. You can check out the music via the band's MySpace page

Muncie, Indiana metal / punk act the Widow Jenkins, which features former members of Emery, Brazil and Underminded, have made their entire self–titled EP available for free download. You can find the release via their MySpace page. The band is currently demoing for a new full length with a label to be announced at a later date.

Transit, Dirty Tactics, Cat Party

Transit have posted the track "For the World" from their upcoming release This Will Not Define Us. You can find the track here, on their MySpace page. The album is due out soon on Barrett Records.

Dirty Tactics have posted a live video from their upcoming EP Gangster Stamina. You can see the video for "Somethings Missing" here, on MySpace. They'll be touring Europe later this year and have canceled upcoming dates with Barlights.

Cat Party has posted two new tracks on ye olde internets. One of the tracks will be featured on an upcoming split 7" with Cut City from Sweden on GSL Records. Cat Party features members of Everready, Killing California, and In The Flesh. They'll touring throughout the next few months, and will be appearing at SXSW in March. Vietnam Werewolf, The Scars, Karrigan

Cleveland punk act Vietnam Werewolf have posted two tracks from their upcoming debut full–length, Ohio's City, on their MySpace page. The band will self–release a CD version of the album in March while Michigan label, Los Diaper, will release the vinyl version later in 2008. The band, who recently added new bassist Tim Gill, of fellow Cleveland punk act Echoes of Harper's Ferry, also have a cassette–only release lined up with Tapes Not Bombs in the new year. Boston punk group The Scars have announced details for their upcoming album, scheduled for release on March 4, 2008. The album was recorded with Jim Siegel at the Outpost in Stoughton, MA. The album will be available in local stores, and online through Interpunk.com and other major download sources. Orlando, FL–based Karrigan is currently up in Woodstock, NY recording their debut EP with Mike Birnbaum and Chris Bittner (Coheed and Cambria, Straylight Run, The Sleeping, Four Letter Lie) They will be recording daily news blogs and posting them online. Halfway to Hell Club, Legitimate Business

Halfway to Hell Club has posted a couple new tracks from their recent recording process. You can hear "What A Surprise" and the fully mixed version of "Kitchen Window" at their MySpace page. Both are from the band's forthcoming EP, Knowledge Is a Curse. The recent Editor's Pick plays tonight at the Moose Lodge in Lindenhurst, NY with Polar Bear Club, Capital, Celebrity Murders, the Agent and Nautical Mile.

New Jersey ska–punk band Legitimate Business has posted their 2007 EP If You Can't Take The Heat… as a free download available on their website. The band's single "80 on 80" was heard in Tony Hawk's Project 8. The download expires on New Years Day. The band also wishes to welcome member Kate Campbell, ex–Long Shot Hero trumpet player.
