Ten Second Epic, Above This Fire, New Tomorow

San Luis Obispo, California's New Tomorrow will release their new full length this October via Skeleton Crew Records. The band will be on the road on the US throughout October. Details can be found at their MySpace page.

Cleveland's Above This Fire have posted a new song from their upcoming album Last Ones. You can stream "Flash Floods" at MySpace. The new record is due out on November 25th on Forest City Records.

Edmonton, Alberta's Ten Second Epic has posted the song "Life Time" from their upcoming full length Hometown. The GGGarth Richardson (From Autumn To Ashes, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against) produced record will be in stores in January of 2009. The song will also appear on the band's upcoming digital EP The Virtual EP, due on iTunes on October 14th. You can check the music out at MySpace.

The Infested, Inner Logic, The Malheruex

The Infested, based out of Leeds in the UK, are getting set to release their debut album Myths, Lies & Hypocrites on Monday, November 3rd on EHC/Pumpkin Records. The label wants fans of Leftover Crack and Choking Victim to take note of this one, as the Infested are clearly inspired by the "crackrocksteady" sound those band's estabished. A number of songs are online streaming at MySpace.

Glasgow based melodic hardcore band Inner Logic have four tracks from their Parallel Reality EP online. You can stream the music at MySpace. The band claims influence from bands like Bad Religion, Dag Nasty and Pennywise.

Hailing from the San Gabriel Valley in California, the Malheruex are currently streaming their new EP Nightmares online at PureVolume. The band points to Emery and Minus the Bear as influences.

Among The Living, Asinine, Casting Curses, Rain Over Battle

Bay Area, CA's Among The Living have posted a five song demo to their MySpace page page. The new band features members of Alcatraz, At Risk, Moria, and Uzi Suicide. Their first show is October 18th for Cruz Fest.

Cleveland, OH's Asinine have called it quits after four years of playing. Bass player Kenny had this to say:

Yeah we haven't really been doing too much lately, we have a couple shows this fall and that looks like that'll be it…Everybody's been so busy with school, work, and other projects that we haven't been able to devote much time to the band…not that we every did to begin with haha. …I know that paco has a couple of different things goin on between "tarantulas attack" and another band he's been jammin (i love that word) with. Kyle is still raggin with sscp, and as far as scottie and i go…we ain't gettin any younger, but we are gettin prettier and we're still makin some music with cleveland undercovers…

The band's final release, The Shoe Logo EP, will be available at their November 17th show in Columbus with Reverse the Curse and Off With Their Heads. The other band's mentioned can be found here, and here.

Syracuse, New York hardcore outfit Casting Curses have added several tracks from their upcoming debut Get Center to their Myspace page.The self-released album will be available in October.

Virginia Beach, VA's Rain Over Battle have posted new songs to their MySpace page. The band previously only had a few demos up, but has opened for Tim Barry, The Gaslight Anthem, and The Loved Ones.

Hit and Run, Black Kites, Run With The Hunted

Portland, Oregon's Hit & Run have posted two new online for free download. The tracks can be found at the band's MySpace page. The group has plans to hit the studio next November to record their next full length. The group will hit KBC Records in Portland and have the songs mixed and mastered by Dan Precision (88 Fingers Louie, Rise Against, Break The Silence) at his Bombshelter studio (Naked Raygun, Shot Baker, Ryan's Hope).

Tom from You & I and The Asssistant Fame has started a new hardcore act dubbed Black Kites with Jeff from Cannonball and Jay from Zhenia Golov. The band claims a heavy 90s influence from New Jersey hardcore acts like 108. Three songs from the band's upcoming Advancement to Ruins LP can be downloaded at Mediafire with more streaming at MySpace.

Phoenix, Arizona's Run With The Hunted will hit the road this October with local friends Red Son. Seattle's Ill Intent will join the latter half of the tour as well. You can find dates and details at the band's MySpace page.

Rosaline, Orphan Choir, The Sandwiches

Chicago's Rosaline have reunited with a new line up. The band has been inactive since March of 2007. More information will be announced soon but for now you can check out some of the group's past work at MySpace.

Windsor, Ontario's Orphan Choir are currently mixing their first proper full length. It was recorded this summer at Hive Creative Labs (Ladyhawk, Tranzmitors, Black Mountain) by Stu Mckillop (Daggermouth, Aspirations). A label is to be announced. The band also has a new 7" on the way (their fourth in a year and a half), a split with Montreal's Whiskey Trench on Vinyl Addict. Artwork for that record was prepared by Frank Chartrand (Vicious Cycle, Small Change Inc).

Punknews community regular MattRamone has unveiled his new three-piece The Sandwiches. You can preview the Washington, DC based band's first song "And Out Come the TimberWolves" at MySpace. We expect nothing less than greatness guys…

Crisis in Hollywood, Before All Time, Reverse the Curse

Financial Records act, Crisis in Hollywood, are currently recording their sophomore album. Anthony Raneri of Bayside fame is down in Florida producing the album. They have posted five weeks of studio journals so far, containing the entire process from pre-production, to tracking, to mixing. In the mean time you can check out some music from their last album on their myspace page.

UK-based pop-punk act Before All Time have posted a new song from their forthcoming debut for Feet Casino Records. The release is due out in February and you can check out the song on their myspace page.

Hiram, Ohio post-hardcore act Reverse The Curse have posted four new songs from their upcoming Paths EP. You can check out the tracks on their myspace page.

Babylon Party Machine, Mass Panic Kid, Madison Bloodbath

Babylon Party Machine (alternate solo project of ska-punk musician Matt Wixson) has uploaded a new song, a drum-n-bass-meets-ska version of the Toasters' song "Don't Let The Bastards Grind You Down". The song can be heard here.

Mass Panic Kid which includes Andrew Black of Georgie James and Sam Cave of The Trouble have posted some new music from their upcoming debut album. You can check out the entire thing on their Virb profile.

Madison Bloodbath has posted two news songs. The songs are from their debut full-length, Gittin' Loose With Madison Bloodbath on A.D.D. Records. You can check out the punk rock band on their myspace page.

Highlife, Hark The Herald, Kirkland, Alphabet Star

Denton, Texas' Highlife were recently in the studio finishing up recording their Drink Yourself to Freedom 7". The band still needs to track the vocals and mix. The record features 6 songs in under four minutes, and will arrive this fall on Cowabunga Records. The band will also soon record songs for a split 7" with Spazm 151.

Louisville, KY's Hark The Herald and Dixon, IL's Kirkland are heading out together on the Branchout Tour from September 19th through October 17th. You can find dates and details on Hark The Herald's website

Cincinnati by way of Nashville act Alphabet Star has released some new material. The man behind the band, Casey Weissbuch, also plays in Cincinnati's Till Plains and the Pinstripes. Casey is planning on soon releasing an EP of between 5 to 7 songs of new material. Three of those songs can be heard at MySpace.

Cripple Bastards, The Saddest Landscape, Only Thunder

Italian grindcore band Cripple Bastards have embarked on a tour with Brutal Truth. The band is supporting their fourth fulll length album Variante alla Morte to be released on Shane Embury's FETO Records. The album will hav ea CD release and limited LP during the tour while a worldwide release is planned for October 15th. Dates can be found at the band's MySpace page or website.

Colorado's Only Thunder has set an October 28th release date for their forthcoming LP Lower Bounds. Bermuda Mohawk Productions will put out the record, limited to 500 copies (333 on orange/black/grey splatter, 167 on black) that will include a free CD. A record release show will take place on Saturday, October 25th in Denver, CO. The band, which features ex-members of the Blackout Pact and Ghost Buffalo, are playing this weekend at the The Gothic Theatre in Englewood, CO playing alongside Hot Water Music.

Hudson, Florida based label Coptercrash Records is gearing up to release the new 2xLP from The Saddest Landscape titled All is Apologized For. The set will come with a digital download card and bonus 7" for pre-orders. You can find more details at the label's website.

Reviver, Mindset, Straightaway

Maryland straight edge hardcore band Mindset will release a new EP in November titled R E A L P O W E R via React! Records. The release will be a one time pressing of 1000 copies, not to be repressed. You can sample some of the music via the MySpace pages of React! Records and Mindset.

Parisian skate punk's Straightaway have released their debut full-length Democracy of Spreading Poverty, originally released in 2007, as a free download. It can be found here. The album was originally released by a variety of labels across the world.

Salt Lake City's Reviver has embarked on a three week tour of the US northwest in support of their new full length Versificator. Dates and sound samples can be found at the band's MySpace page.
